お預かりしたデータの削除について

UNELMA WORKSでお預かりしたデータの削除を希望される場合は、以下の方法でお申し出ください。

削除を求める方法

  1. Instagram側で連携を解除する
    Instagramアプリ →「設定」→「ウェブサイトのアクセス許可」→「UNELMA WORKS」を選び、削除してください。
  2. お店の公式LINEアカウント側で連携を解除する
    お店のLINE Official Account Manager（manager.line.biz）にログインし、「Messaging API」設定から アクセストークンを再発行してください。これにより当社からのアクセスができなくなります。
  3. 当社へご連絡いただく
    salon.unelma@gmail.com 宛てに、お店の名前と対象のアカウント名（Instagram・公式LINEのいずれか）を書いてお送りください。

ご連絡から30日以内に、当社が保有する当該アカウントに関する情報をすべて削除し、完了をご連絡します。

Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your data, please disconnect UNELMA WORKS from your Instagram account (Instagram app → Settings → Website Permissions → UNELMA WORKS), and also send an email to salon.unelma@gmail.com with your salon name and Instagram account name. You may also disconnect your salon's official LINE account by reissuing the access token in your LINE Official Account Manager (manager.line.biz) under Messaging API settings, which immediately revokes our access. We will delete all information we hold about your account within 30 days of receiving your request, and will notify you once the deletion is complete.
